Our staff is highly experienced. Our front-line care staff has many years of experience.

Spring Village at Floral Vale is a small, quaint, village-like secured community. Our residential living areas are spacious and include well-manicured and secured outdoor courtyards.

We have both private and shared suite accommodations available.

Our beautiful, well-appointed dining rooms serve three meals a day. We also have a fully stocked Bistro for our residents and their guests.

At our Wellness Center we have attending physicians available as well as nurses on staff.

Other amenities include personal laundry service, beauty and barber shop within the community, memory-centered activities, pet therapy and spiritual choices available.

Our community also has an emergency response system.

Our care at Spring Village is centered around the whole person. This means we are respectful of our residents and their life choices and seek to enhance the past, present and future each day.

Our physical environment at Spring Village is consistent with the special needs of our residents. We also provide a home-like atmosphere and believe families are a vital part of our community.

We are proud of our ability to care for all levels of memory challenges. Our care staff journeys with the resident and their family moment by moment, providing support and adjusting our care plans as the resident’s needs change. We create Personal Enrichment Programs centered around an individual’s past, interests, hobbies and wishes.

We also ensure that our residents have opportunities to be part of the local outside community. This includes outings to restaurants and local community events with our staff.
